Friday’s Food & Art will take place on the first Friday of every month, from May to October, at The Commons in downtown Mt. Vernon, Illinois. Hosted by Mt. Vernon Festivals, Inc., this vibrant event will showcase local vendors offering regionally made or grown products, along with live musical entertainment. Attendees can enjoy delicious food and beverages from nearby downtown restaurants, either while browsing the vendors or relaxing at the picnic tables and listening to the music. It’s the perfect setting to reconnect with old friends or unwind after a busy week. Just a block away, stop by the Kingsman Car Club Cruise-In at the Mt. Vernon Elks, where you’ll find dinner specials and drinks available to the public.
